Introductory_part. Terms Used

This agreement governs the rules of interaction between you (hereinafter referred to as the User) and LCT Studio (hereinafter referred to as the Administration).

The Administration includes:

• Server Owners
• Developers
• Administrators
• Game Masters
• Assistant (Seer, Counselor)

The Administration provides the User with the opportunity to use the site legnes.com, the knowledge base wiki.legnes.com, the Discord channel https://discord.com/channels/898170116032843816/898170116032843818, Telegram channel https://t.me/legnesuo and Telegram chat https://t.me/legneschat (hereinafter referred to as the Community) and the Legnes server (hereinafter referred to as the Server), for playing and communicating.

Violation of these rules by the User entails limitation of his functionality in Communities and the Server (hereinafter referred to as Lesopoval), confiscation of virtual game items, up to and including complete blocking and deletion of the account (hereinafter referred to as Punishment).

The user has the right to create game accounts through the game or through a personal account on the site.

All created game accounts and game items are the property of the Legnes server.

On a game account (hereinafter referred to as an account), you can create one game character (hereinafter referred to as a character).

A game character controlled by a player (hereinafter referred to as a player)

Violation of the rules in special locations on the server (hereinafter referred to as the Territory of Order) carries a punishment ranging from moving the player to an online prison to issuing terms in Lesopoval.

The terms of your use of the Communities and the Server, provided below, are also governed by the privacy policy (“PRIVACY POLICY”).

Rules of conduct in the game and on the website

1. Creating accounts and nicknames

It is prohibited to use as a nickname:

1.1. Words, phrases and idioms that promote discrimination at all levels, including political, religious, national, racial, ethnic, sexual.

Punishment: from forced renaming to deleting the account.

1.2 Nicknames that are in any way associated with persons who have violated, or are violating Russian or international law, including the names and surnames of Nazi figures, the names and surnames of other military and criminal offenders.

Punishment: from forced renaming to deleting the account.

1.3. Names of organizations recognized by Russian or international courts as criminal, extremist or terrorist. Including the names of organizations, units and military divisions that were part of the SA, SS, SD of Nazi Germany.

Punishment: from forced renaming to account deletion.

1.4. Nicknames that are misleading regarding their affiliation with the developers, project officials (Administrator, Admin, Developer, GM, Seer, Counselor, Lord, Lady, community coordinators, game masters) and the project administration.

1.5 Nicknames that violate other points of these rules.

1.6. The password for the account must not contain Cyrillic characters and must not exceed 8 characters.

1.7 You are fully responsible for any unauthorized use of your Account

1.8 If you have not linked your game account to the site, then it is impossible to restore access to your game account.

2. Communication

2.1 The user must be over 16 years old.

2.2 Any insults that affect the honor and dignity of the players' loved ones, including veiled forms, are prohibited.

Punishment: from 50 terms in Lesopoval to blocking the account.

2.3 It is prohibited to show racial, national and religious hostility, spread extremist ideas, promote drugs, alcohol and other topics incompatible with generally accepted laws of morality and decency.

Punishment: from 15 terms of logging.

2.4 Advertising of other servers on the Legnes Server and Services is prohibited.

Punishment: 50 terms of logging.

2.5 Insulting the Administration is prohibited.

Punishment: from 100 terms of logging, up to account blocking.

2.4 On the site and in communities.

2.4.1 It is forbidden to use profanity and obscene language in Communities.

Punishment: from 5 terms in Lesopoval, to blocking in Communities and the Server.

2.4.2 Materials published by the user on the site and in communities may be moved or deleted due to violation of these rules.

2.4.3 It is prohibited to post any information containing:

• images of nudity;
• excessive violence;
• offensive material;
• as well as links to such content;

  2.4.4 It is prohibited to add videos to the "Video" section that are not related to the Legnes theme or violate paragraph 2.4

2.5. Server

2.5.1 Flooding is prohibited in public places.

A speech macro (flood) means a constant repetition of one phrase in such a mode that the next phrase appears before the previous one disappears. (The standard value for text disappearance will be considered 100 in the game settings)

Punishment: from 1 term in Lesopoval

2.5.2 Territories of order

2.5.3. The following order territories are defined on the server:

• Newbie Dungeon;
• Newbie Mine;
• Trade Town;
• Trade Area;
• Guild Hall (GS Room);
• arena zones where tournaments are held (1x1, 2x2, Color Wars, Lamobol, Craft tournaments, etc.);
• mine where mining mania is held at the time of its holding;

  Towns with city guards (Guard Zone) - are not order territories. In case of attack by other players on the territory with a guard zone, you can call guards with the command "guards" or guard.

  2.5.4. On the territory of tournament arenas and territories where quests are held, paragraph 4.2 of the rules is valid until the Administration representative announces the start of military actions envisaged for this tournament or quest!

  2.5.5 On the Territories of Order, it is prohibited to use obscene language, including in a veiled form; statements that insult the honor and dignity of other players.

  Punishment: from imprisoning the character for 15 minutes (at the discretion of the Administration), or from 1 term in logging.

3. Game process.

3.1. It is prohibited to block or obstruct portals, teleportation points and teleportation poles, both for a short and long period of time.

Punishment: from 20 terms of logging, for a repeat offence +50 terms.

3.2. It is prohibited to hinder a player in the form of restricting movement with objects or walls for a long period of time.

Punishment: from 5 terms of logging.

3.3. It is prohibited to leave an animal on the territory of the Trade City or Trade Square for more than 24 hours.

Punishment: removal of the abandoned animal or moving it to the parking sector.

3.4. It is prohibited to block access to Auto Buy Machine and Auto Sale Machine (automatic buying and selling machines) that do not belong to you, as well as to the place where they are installed (to the stump).

Punishment: from 2 terms of logging.

3.6 Advertising and calls for the purchase/sale of game currency or items on the Server and in Communities for real money are prohibited.

Punishment: from 100 terms of logging to account blocking.

3.7. Buying/selling game currency and items for real money is prohibited.

Punishment: deletion of all property on the character and in the bank, as well as account blocking.

3.7.1. Sale of accounts and traders is allowed.

3.8. It is forbidden to take untamed animals and monsters away from their spawn point.

Punishment: 5 terms of logging.

3.9 Game items, skills and statuses lost as a result of bugs, lags or due to the User's carelessness are not restored.

4. Private traders.

Private Vendor – NPC character belonging to the player (hereinafter referred to as the Vendor).

Purchase of a vendor.

4.1. The player sets the vendor independently using the Vendor bell.

4.2. The vendor's name must not contain:

4.2.1. Words, phrases and idioms that promote discrimination at all levels, including political, religious, national, racial, ethnic, sexual.

4.2.2. Names or surnames in any way associated with persons who have violated, or are violating, Russian or international law, including the names and surnames of Nazi leaders, the names and surnames of other military and criminal offenders.

4.2.3. Names of organizations recognized by Russian or international courts as criminal, extremist or terrorist. Including the names of organizations, units and military divisions that were part of the SA, SS, SD of Nazi Germany.

Violation of paragraph 5.2 of the rules implies the removal of the merchant with all the contents.

4.3. The vendor owner must ensure that it has the amount of money necessary for its normal functioning. In the event of a vendor being idle for a long time without money, it is removed without warning.

4.4. Cheating buyers is prohibited.

Fraud means selling broken weapons or armor as new, selling bags with contents that do not match the description (Note: selling goods that exceed the quantity indicated on the price tags is not considered fraud).

Use the Magic Telescope of Penetrating to check the goods. The device will help you find out the maximum (Full quality) and current (Hitpoints) durability of an item if you specify the required item in the price list.

Punishment: from 5 terms of logging to a fine for the vendor owner in the amount of ten times the amount of fraudulently obtained funds. Payment of the fine by the vendor owner does not release him from the obligation to compensate the victim for material damage (moral damage is not compensated).

5. Programs.

5.1. It is prohibited to use programs that are not provided by the Administration for the natural functioning of the game. The exception is programs that are posted on the site in the Download section).

Punishment: account blocking.

Punishment: from 15 terms of logging to account blocking.

6. House installation rules.

6.1. Players install houses, fences, and gates themselves.

6.2. It is prohibited to install houses or fences so that they block access to public places (mines, gates, crosses, through passages in mines, etc.)

Punishment: warning, then - removal of the house, if the house was not moved.

6.3. It is prohibited to install houses or gates so that they block access to territories measuring 14x17 cells (tiles) or more, on which there is no construction, and this territory cannot be reached by sea, magic teleportation, or through stationary portals.

Punishment: warning, then - removal of the house.

6.4. It is forbidden to use the territory built up with houses and fenced in for the extraction of resources such as ore or wood.

Punishment: removal of the fence and houses.

6.5 The anti-magic zone of the house and the fence must not extend onto the road.

Punishment: warning, then removal of the fence that violates the rule.

6.6. It is forbidden to install a gate further than three cells from the AM of your house.

Punishment: removal of the gate.

6.6.1. For using gates for other purposes (blocking roads and passages and fencing other people's buildings).

Punishment: 10 terms of logging.

6.7. The house may only be enclosed with a fence and nothing else.

Punishment: removal of things that are used to enclose the house.

6.8 Base - houses united by a common fence with passages between the fences, if there is some demarcation within the territory.

6.8.2. It is prohibited to keep ore and wood guards on the territory of the house or base.

Punishment: 5 terms of logging, then - removal of the house.

6.8.3 On the territory of the house or base there may be no more than one monster summoned by the scroll monster summon.

On the territory of the base 1 monster = 1 house.

Punishment: removal of monsters, in case of relapse - complete removal of the fence enclosing the house/base.

6.9. The administration strongly recommends that players do not throw away the original keys to houses, gates or ships; do not place houses and fences near water. Monitor the condition of your house (base) so as not to clutter it with unnecessary items and not cause your character to freeze. Check the integrity and correctness of the fence (see the Instructions for installing fences on the site). When installing gates, check their correctness (see the Instructions on the site).

Recommendations for installing houses:

• Install the fence along the edge of the AM zone of the house.
• Houses near water should be installed in the following way: The fence of the house should be at least 2 cells away from the water. The fence on the water side must be along the AM line of the house. Place the recall zone of the house on the farthest side from the water, that is, on the side of the house that is farthest from the water.
• Do not put stackable items on the floor of the house, they are likely to disappear. It is better to put them in a bag or any other container.

7. Rules for installing auto-buying machines.

7.1. Auto-buying machines are installed in the market in specially designated rows (places), marked with posts with the inscription Line.

7.1.2. An auto-buying machine, in which the money (red color) has run out, remains in its place for 3 days (72 hours), after which it is moved to the backpack of the owner. Another car can be parked in the vacated space.

8. Using server errors (bugs).

8.1. Intentional change of skills, stats and other parameters of the character without material and time costs established by the server rules, loot with the help of additional items or using third-party programs, duplication of items in the game, pumping skills and magic casts through a wall or a closed door (except for magic that causes zonal damage), pumping skills on the border of the safety zone is called using a bug.

8.2. Using bugs is strictly prohibited.

Punishment: from 10 terms in logging.

8.3. It is prohibited to pump any skills with the help of a vendor.

Punishment: from 20 terms in logging. In addition to the punishment in the form of terms, the violator's skills upgraded with the help of the bug are reduced to 0.

9. Administration Help.

9.1. The Administration calls for assistance in restoring order. If you have witnessed a violation of the rules, send a screenshot confirming this fact or send a message to the administrator on the site in a private message.

9.1a. A screenshot with a violation of the rules must be in *.jpg or *.png format. All information on it must be clearly visible, without distortion of nicknames and other parameters. It is prohibited to crop, compress to size and edit the screenshot. If this is a screenshot of a violation of paragraph 3.2 of the rules, then it must contain an open log and the insult must be visible both above the player in the game and in the log.

The maximum validity period of a screenshot is 3 days. If the screenshot has a later date, it will not be considered.

9.2. Assistance in disclosing serious violations of the rules, handing in new bugs is encouraged with in-game benefits.

9.3. For deliberately misleading the Shard Administration and slandering other players, the punishment is from 5 to 20 terms of logging.

10. Guilds.

10.1. Players who are future guildmasters have the right to purchase a guildstone, if they have a community of players of at least 5 people (different accounts, including the guildmaster), with a skill sum of at least 2200.0 (for a fully naked character) for each character.

10.2. The cost of a guildstone is 3,000,000 gp.

10.3. It is forbidden to put names, titles, guild names, guild abbreviations that insult other players or simply contain vulgar language.

Punishment: confiscation of the guildstone to the impound lot, up to and including the removal of the guildstone, and the guildmaster receives 5 terms of logging.

10.4. It is prohibited to use as a guild name: names of organizations recognized by Russian or international courts as criminal, extremist, or terrorist. Including names of organizations, units, and military subdivisions that were part of the SA, SS, and SD of Nazi Germany.

Punishment: removal of the guild and 50 terms of logging for the guildmaster.

10.5. It is prohibited to accept players into the guild without their consent.

Punishment: from 5 terms of logging to confiscation of the guildstone to the impound lot.

10.6 A weekly rent fee in the established amounts is paid for the installed guildstone (see the rules for payment and installation). In the event of a three-week delay in payment, the guildstone is automatically transferred to the impound lot and a fine is charged. Upon payment of the fine and overdue rent within four weeks, the guildstone is returned to its place. If the guildstone is not paid within four weeks of being in the impound lot, the guild is automatically deleted.

10.7 Guildmaster Permission is restored only at the request of the guildmaster. Upon receipt of an application for restoration of lost Permissions, all Permissions, except those on the guildmaster's character, are deleted, regardless of who has them or where they are located.

11. Tournaments and quests.

11.1. For different types of tournaments and quests, the Administration may develop rules that differ from the general ones, which are announced immediately before the start of events in the Legnes Services.

11.2. When holding any events in certain areas, additional rules of conduct and restrictions may be established, described on the relevant information signs and having equal status with this code.

11.3. Information about the events taking place on the Server can be found on the wiki in the corresponding section.

12. Aggravating circumstances.

12.1. Aggravating circumstances include:

• violation of the Rules by a group of players;
• repeated violation of the Rules by one player;
• attempt to deceive or mislead the Administration.

In case of recidivism, the standard punishment term is increased by two or more times, up to and including deletion of the account.

13. Other

13.1. The Administration reserves the right to delete any game account, any item without explaining the reasons for its actions.

13.2. The administration reserves the right to change the rules without additional notice to users.
